Alicia Alleyne is a Barbadian artist who has recently graduated from the Barbados Community College with a BFA in Studio Art. The foundation of her work is the visual tension created by the combination of order and disorder; she explores this through minimal abstract works, which juxtapose my representations of these elements. Her work is also very much process based, the physical exploration of materials and techniques is also a significant part of my practice.
