Oneika Russell was born in Jamaica and currently lives in Japan. She has a deep interest in combining the practice of Painting with New Media.  Characters and stories are the basis of her work. She has exhibited in various locations including NY, Kentucky, Kingston, Jamaica, Martinique and Singapore.
